TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has unveiled ONE TVS ILP, an AI-based app for operations and business development (BD). This is said to be the first-ever AI application designed for simplifying warehousing operations and enhancing customer experience in the Indian warehousing industry.

The app adopts the concept of Voice First, which means that users can either use voice or text when handling business functions. The app comes with an ‘Ask-Me’ intelligent tool that provides quick responses to service requests, grievance handling, and value-added services. The users are able to receive real-time information about the site operation, space availability and other business data required for making decisions.
Among other things, there is a General Query section offering lead status, rental benchmarking, and performance parameters. My Inquiries section helps keep track of site visits, meeting, calls, and build-to-suit inquiry etc. related to business development efforts.
Customer support at its heart:
ONE TVS ILP continues to offer customer support during the entire lease duration through a one-click solution along with 24×7 support. Any facility and maintenance issues can be raised by the users through the app and will be automatically logged into the system.
