Honeywell has announced Performance+, a connected workforce solution for Guided Work that is intended to bring real-time visibility and intelligence into supply chain operations. The new offering integrates Honeywell’s voice-driven Guided Work Solutions with advanced analytics, allowing organisations to transform frontline workforce data into actionable insights that support faster decision-making and streamlined execution.
The solution targets back-of-the-store operations in warehousing, retail, and logistics, where limited real-time data usually results in delayed responses and fragmented workflows. Capturing data at the time of task performance, Performance+ for Guided Work empowers organizations to move from reactive issue handling to proactive operational management.
Voice-enabled workflows with real-time intelligence:
At the core of Performance+ for Guided Work is Honeywell’s Guided Work technology, a voice-directed technology that enables associates to perform tasks hands-free, receiving instructions via headsets, confirming tasks, and reporting issues through voice commands. This approach supports picking, packing, replenishment, and maintenance activities while keeping both hands free.
Artificial intelligence allows it to understand speech in more than 48 languages, taking into consideration the subtlety of tone, dialect, and pronunciation. This makes the solution suitable for diverse and multilingual workforces common in large distribution and logistics environments.
Unleashing workforce data as functional insight:
Performance+ for Guided Work enables data aggregation of worker performance, which is then used to create live streams of shows through custom-made dashboards.
