Siemens and NVIDIA introduce digital twin solutions for industrial AI.

Industrywiz Daily updates

Siemens has launched Teamcenter Digital Reality Viewer and Digital Twin Composer, which form a fundamental part of the Industrial AI Operating System and were announced at Transform – Innovation Day 2026 in Mumbai. The software combines Siemens’ industrial software, NVIDIA libraries, and artificial intelligence infrastructure to deliver immersive, photorealistic digital twins throughout the product and production lifecycle.

Digital Twin Composer helps organisations streamline their processes:

Digital Twin Composer combines digital twin information and real-time data, enabling organisations to test and enhance changes to their processes, thereby helping Indian organisations expand their workflows and decrease costs and risks. The Teamcenter Visualisation Digital Reality Viewer is expected to be available in India in late 2026 and will enable organisations to enhance collaboration and insights in design and manufacturing processes, ultimately helping organisations innovate and avoid errors for complex industrial processes.

Driving industrial transformation in India:

According to Mathew Thomas, Vice President and Managing Director for India, Siemens Digital Industries Software, “India is at the forefront of industrial transformation, and the combination of digital twins, Industrial AI, and advanced computing will help organizations innovate faster and operate more efficiently. Our collaboration with NVIDIA brings together powerful technologies that enable customers in India to move from concept to reality with greater speed, accuracy, and confidence.”

Advanced computing for complex engineering:

Vishal Dhupar, Managing Director, South Asia, NVIDIA said, “Industrial organizations in India are seeking advanced computing solutions to manage the complexity of modern engineering and scale production through physics-based simulation. The combination of NVIDIA Omniverse and accelerated AI infrastructure with Siemens’ TeamCenter Digital Reality Viewer and Digital Twin Composer gives organizations the immersive experience required to create and optimize high-fidelity digital twins.”

Developing an integrated Industrial AI:

Software developers in India are critical in developing products such as Teamcenter Digital Reality Viewer and Digital Twin Composer, which are critical products in the global industry. This is an example of how India is an important market in developing industrial AI, an important technology in increasing productivity in various industries. Industrial AI is critical in the digital transformation of various industries.

The two companies are working together in developing an integrated Industrial AI Operating System by combining industrial software, automation, and accelerated computing. This is important in providing Indian customers with an immersive experience in engineering and simulation that connects the physical and digital worlds.
