RateGain Unveils Agentic ARI to Streamline Hotel Bookings and Guard Revenue:

RateGain Travel Technologies has announced the launch of Agentic ARI, an AI-driven intelligence tool as part of its UNO CRS platform, focused on providing protection for hotel revenue by using AI to prioritize time-sensitive booking updates, thereby ensuring reliability and minimizing revenue loss.

RateGain Travel Technologies has declared the launch of the company’s Agentic ARI on March 06, 2026. This is an intelligent update prioritization capability of the UNO CRS, which is designed to prioritize updates during critical time periods in an intelligent manner.

It is expected to improve the dependability of operations and deliver better information to the company’s demand partners, which could lead to a 30-40% decrease in ARI traffic for the company. This is expected to change the conventional manner of ARI distribution into an intelligent decision mechanism.

With 70% of bookings happening within 30 days of the check-in date for hotels, the ability to manage prices in such critical time windows is of utmost importance. This capability of the company is expected to address this concern by helping hotels maintain better control over their prices, which would minimize their losses. This intelligent update prioritization is expected to lay the groundwork for RateGain’s connectivity plans.

RateGain has a proven track record of creating AI-based products for the travel industry. The company announced the launch of UNO VIVA, an AI-based voice agent that integrates with the company’s CRS system, in April 2025.

Earlier in April 2025, the company also announced the launch of Smart ARI, an AI-based solution for the efficient management of Availability, Rates, and Inventory (ARI) updates, with the aim of reducing infrastructure costs for its demand partners. The traditional ARI engines face the challenge of the speed of time-sensitive updates in the face of pricing volatility, which could result in overselling or outdated pricing information if the new AI systems do not live up to expectations.

The success of Agentic ARI will depend on the ability of the system to accurately prioritize updates based on urgency and commercial impact, and the discipline in terms of processing and accuracy under all conditions.

RateGain is a competitor of OTA Insight, Amadeus Hospitality, and SiteMinder, among others, in the hotel distribution and CRS market. Though OTA Insight is the market leader in BI and DaaS velocity, and Amadeus Hospitality is using its CRS scale, RateGain is shifting its focus to AI-based intelligent automation solutions such as Agentic ARI to compete in the market for dynamic rate and inventory management for hotels. SiteMinder is also a strong competitor of RateGain in the market, focusing on SMBs, whereas RateGain is focusing on the enterprise market with its complex AI solutions.
