Ceigall India has augmented its order book with the win of a significant infrastructure deal worth more than ₹1,000 crores in the state of Madhya Pradesh. The order has been placed on its subsidiary, Ceigall Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd, for the construction of the ‘Indore–Ujjain Greenfield (Access-Controlled) Four Lane’ road, and the deal was placed on the firm by the Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation Ltd (MPRDC). The deal is set for completion under the Hybrid Annuity Model in 24 months.
Commenting on this development, Ramneek Sehgal, Chairman and Managing Director of Ceigall India, stated that the Indore-Ujjain Greenfield Highway is a very important project, as this project aims at ensuring the quality and efficacy of the road connectivity in the state. As and when this project is completed, results are expected to emerge in the form of improved connectivity between Indore and Ujjain, helping people access the main economic, industrial, and religious hubs in the state, Madhya Pradesh.
