Bajaj Auto Reports Strong 14% Sales Growt͏h in ͏December 2025

Bajaj Auto Limited has reported an increase of 14% in overall sales, totaling 3,69,809 units, during December, thanks to strong exports. This news has been reported under Regulation 30 of the “Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,” and it has been filed with BSE and NSE.

December 2͏025 ͏Total Sales ͏Rise 14% YoY to 3,͏6͏9,809 Units as Exports Jump 25%

Bajaj Auto registered a sales growth of 14% in December at 3,69,809 units, compared to 3,23,125 in December 2024. Domestic sales crawled up by 4% at 1,69,373 units, in contrast to 1,62,420 in 2024. On the other hand, export sales jumped by 25% at 2,00,436 units, from 1,60,705 in the previous year, which constituted over 50% of the total.

Two-Wheeler͏ Exports Rise͏ 24% While Domestic Grow͏th Remains ͏Limited at 3%͏ 

The sales of two-wheelers in December 2025 are recorded at 3,10,353 units compared to 2,72,173 in December 2024, indicating a rise of 14% sales. The domestic sales of the two-wheelers showed a slight rise of 3% in December 2025 at 1,32,228 units compared to 1,28,335 in December 2024. However, the country’s exports recorded a jump of 24% at 1,78,125 units in December 2025 compared to 1,43,838 units in December.

Exports Surge 32% and Commercial Vehicle Sales Incr͏ease 17% 

Sales of commercial vehicles in December 2025 stood at 59,456 units, logging a growth of 17% y-o-y against 50,952 units during the corresponding period of last year. Domestic commercial vehicle sales grew 9% to 37,145 units and exports climbed͏ 32% to 22,311 units as against 16,867 units in Decem͏ber 2024.

April–December 2025 YTD Sales Rise 6%, Despite Domestic Decline of 3% 

For nine months ended December 2025, Bajaj Auto clocked a total sale of 37,46,609 units, registering an increase of 6% over the 35,48,032 units sold in the preceding year. The domestic market sale was down 3% at 2,106,638 units as compared to the 2,174,437 units in the earlier year, whereas the exports were higher by 19% at 1,639,971 units as against the 1,373,595 units in the earlier year.

Bajaj Auto Share Price Decline 1.42% ͏to ₹9,4͏22  

After the sale disclosure, at 11:16 AM on the NSE, Bajaj Auto was trading at ₹9,422, down by ₹136 or 1.42% from its last closing price. Its last trading Market price started at ₹9,550. Bajaj Auto stock continues to trade below its 52-week high of ₹9,585 and above its52-week low of₨7,089.35, with market cap of₨2.63 lakh crores and PE ratio of31.64.
