The commissioned BESS is part of the company’s plan to develop a 585 MW / 2011.24 MWh BESS in the region. The BESS will start as a merchant model and utilize the price differential. Later on, the BESS will be integrated with FDRE’s projects and a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
