Titan Engineering and Automation Limited (TEAL) has unveiled a new brand identity, including a redesigned logo, reflecting its focus on precision engineering and automation and its plans to expand across industries and markets.
The company said the identity brings together its two core capabilities and represents its ambition to extend its engineering and automation solutions to a wider customer base.
Sridhar NP, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of TEAL, said the new logo reflects the company’s current capabilities and future ambitions. He added that TEAL aims to contribute to India’s expanding manufacturing ecosystem through innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth, while maintaining the values associated with the Tata Group.
Logo reflects engineering and automation capabilities:
The new identity comprises a geometric symbol and a distinctive wordmark. The symbol draws inspiration from two collaborative robots working together, representing collaboration and the integration of automation technologies. Its design also references precision tooling and follows the geometric design language associated with the Tata brand.
The wordmark draws on Titan’s legacy of precision craftsmanship. According to the company, its minimalist design represents clarity, simplicity and engineering capability, while the stylised letters reflect a progressive approach to technology and product development.
TEAL said the identity is intended to establish a distinct visual presence while retaining its connection with its parent company, Titan, and the wider Tata Group.
From watch manufacturing to industrial solutions:
TEAL began as Titan’s in-house precision engineering division, supporting the company’s watch manufacturing operations. It has since expanded into the manufacture of high-precision components and sub-assemblies for the aerospace and defence sectors.
The company also develops turnkey assembly and testing lines for industries including automotive, energy, electronics, life sciences and consumer goods. These solutions combine engineering, automation and testing capabilities to support industrial production requirements.
TEAL said it has served more than 150 clients across over 19 countries. Its new brand identity reflects its intention to build on this customer base and extend its presence across additional industries and markets.
The rebranding comes as India seeks to expand its manufacturing capabilities and strengthen its position in global industrial supply chains. TEAL’s combined focus on precision manufacturing and automation positions these capabilities as central to its growth strategy.
