Reliance MET City has named Manish Jaiswal as the CEO with a brief to steer its business and growth strategy.
Focus on growth and investments:
As the CEO, Manish Jaiswal would be responsible for overseeing industrial, residential and commercial development at Reliance MET City as well as making new investments and driving growth for business. This includes developing the development pipeline, growing the integrated ecosystem and developing strategic partnerships as it grows in the National Capital Region.
Reliance MET City is an integrated industrial and urban development project by Model Economic Township Limited (METL) which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reliance Industries.
Jaiswal has been associated with more than two decades of experience in the field of real estate including areas such as business strategy, development, revenue growth, sales & marketing, acquisitions, fundraising and strategic partnerships. Prior to Reliance MET City, Jaiswal was working as the CEO of Eldeco Group, where he was associated with the development of its multi city development platform in north India. He was earlier associated with Tribeca Developers and development of real estate properties under the brand name of Trump.
Development of integrated industrial township:
Reliance MET City covers 8,250 acres of land in the district of Jhajjar, Haryana and offers integrated development of industrial, residential and commercial space in the planned environment. It includes a dedicated Japanese Industrial Township. Many companies belonging to various sectors and from various geographies have come forward for investing in MET City. As per the company, more than 650 companies from 12 countries have made their presence in MET City.
This project directly employs more than 40,000 employees through its operations in 150 companies and 300 companies are still being developed. The organization said that the appointment of Jaiswal would help in the next level of expansion of the company, which is going to concentrate on investment and business establishments.
