The fischer Group is swiftly growing its production capacity through establishing new and modernizing existing factories in India and China along with a factory set-up in Saudi Arabia. Such decisions are made to ensure proximity to clients, promote business growth, and provide innovative fasteners solutions at a local level.
Establishing new production facilities in India and China:
fischer Group is reinforcing its global position in Asia by investing in India and China. The company has established an entirely new production facility in Bengaluru city of Karnataka to manufacture fischer installation systems, ensuring faster deliveries and local production.
On the other hand, in Taicang, Jiangsu Province, the existing Chinese factory has been updated, and a new production line of heavy-duty fixings and structural retrofits has been installed and is currently functioning. Deliveries of these products to China will be commenced from May onwards, while supplies to the whole Asian region will commence from November this year.
“Larger expansions of our manufacturing operations in Asia represent another important step for improving competitiveness and proximity to customers. Production plants will play an increasingly significant role, especially against the background of today’s political conditions in the world.”
Expansions in Saudi Arabia and Vietnam:
fischer is also expanding into the Middle East region. The firm established its 51st branch in Saudi Arabia, where a huge production plant is currently being built in Dammam and set to open in May. The opening ceremony for the new branch has been pushed to autumn due to regional reasons.
Moreover, fischer has been producing fastening solutions in Tây Ninh, Vietnam, since 2022.

Commenting on the matter, Mayank Kalra, MD, fischer India said, “The expansion of our manufacturing presence in Asia, especially in India, demonstrates Fischer Group’s focus towards customer proximity. This newly commissioned facility in India will allow us to achieve greater agility by blending our German precision engineering with ‘Make in India.'”
These developments further consolidate fischer’s reputation as one of the major global suppliers of fastening systems.
